US President Donald Trump vowed Tuesday to quickly resolve what he called "the crime problem" in Chicago, branding it the " most dangerous city in the world" and hinting at sending troops into the Midwestern metropolis.
"I will solve the crime problem fast, just like I did in DC," Trump said, referring to his deployment of National Guard reservists to the streets of the US capital beginning last month. "Chicago will be safe again, and soon."
