Actress Tamannaah Bhatia shared a glimpse into her diet a few years ago. In a candid chat with Pinkvilla, the ‘Baahubali’ star revealed she focuses on clean eating and stays away from sugary or processed food items. Her plate consists of gluten gluten-free smoothie consisting of granola, dates, almond milk, eggs, daal, rice, and vegetables, etc.

Breaking Down Her Breakfast
Reflecting on her breakfast—a gluten-free smoothie bowl consisting of granola, fruit like berries and bananas, nuts, and almond milk—he explained that a gluten-free diet is only for those suffering from an autoimmune disorder called celiac disease. Patients diagnosed with celiac are allergic to gluten. “Unlike people with celiac disease, most people have what is called gluten sensitivity,” he said.
If you have gluten sensitivity, you will bloat and feel discomfort if you eat gluten-rich food. These are symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, which occurs if your stomach and gut lining are ultra-sensitive to gluten.
The doctor also gave a green signal to the concept of smoothie. “It’s a very good start to the day,” he said.
Dr. Pal also gave a nod to Tamannaah’s habit of having eggs, as they are a great source of protein. “One egg contains 7 grams of protein,” he explained. He also praised Tamannaah’s habit of including lots of vegetables in her omelette.
