Beetroot Chutney

Peanut Chutney

This protein rich chutney can be paired with snacks as a dip as well. To make this one, you need 1 cup peanuts, 2 roasted red chilies, 4 tbsp coconut grated, blend it all together, add salt and choice of spices to enjoy.

Tamarind and jaggery chutney
This sweet spicy and tangy chutney is a pure bliss, to make this soak tamarind in warm water. Meanwhile, make a jaggery mixture by melting it with hot water, pour the tamarind water and cook till it turns thick. Add a tempering of ghee and red chilies, fennel seeds, mix well and dig in.

Coconut Chutney
To prepare this classic chutney take a blender and add 1 cup coconut chunks, 2 green chilies and make a smooth paste. Next, take a pan and add ghee, curry leaves, mustard seeds, red whole chillies and let it splutter and pour this over the chutney and mix well to enjoy.

Tomato Garlic Chutney
This simple chutney can be made by parboiling the tomatoes and then blending them with ginger, garlic, green chilies and lemon juice. Prepare a tempering with mustard seeds, red whole chilies and asafoetida. Pour this over the chutney and mix with salt and pepper.

Dates Chutney
This sweet spicy chutney can be made by soaking dates in warm water and making a smooth paste. Pour a tempering of oil, mustard seeds, whole red chilies and salt over the chutney mix well and serve with meals.



Dal Chutney
Made with the goodness of protein rich moong dal, coconut, this chutney is made by soaking dal and blending it with fresh coriander, green chilies, garlic ginger paste, salt and pepper. To add a punchy taste, a tempering of curry leaves, red chilies and roasted garlic is poured over the chutney.

Mint Curd Chutney
To prepare this quick and easy chutney, take a bunch of mint leaves and blend them with green chillies, curd, salt, amchur powder, cumin powder and black pepper. Serve this with any meal or snack and enjoy.
