Chanakya Niti: Acharya Chanakya had said profound things about every aspect of life thousands of years ago. His policies still show the right path for people. He emphasized not only politics but also family life, food, behavior, and thinking. Acharya Chanakya believed that the carelessness done while cooking food affects not only the food but also the progress and happiness of the whole family. The woman who does not respect the kitchen and happiness also goes away from her house. Therefore, it is very important to keep some things in mind while cooking food. Let us know about those policies told by Chanakya, which everyone should take care of.

1. Cooking without bathing
According to Chanakya, it is very important to keep both the body and clothes clean while cooking food. If a woman cooks without bathing or in dirty clothes, then that food is considered impure. Such food can not only spoil health but also bring mental unrest. Due to this, negative energy starts spreading in the house gradually and blessings decrease.
2. Cooking with anger or a sad mind
When a woman cooks food in anger, crying, or with a sad mind, then the energy of that negative thinking goes directly into the food. Eating such food can make family members irritable, quarrels can increase in the house and one does not feel like working. According to Chanakya, while cooking, the mind should be calm and the thinking should be good, only then food can bring happiness and peace to the house.
3. Cooking while talking
Nowadays it is seen that many people keep talking on the phone or watching TV while cooking. This distracts the attention and the food either gets burnt or is not cooked well. According to Chanakya Niti, while cooking food, full attention should be on the kitchen, because this work is not only related to the body but also the mind and soul.
4. Using bad ingredients
If a woman uses old oil, stale vegetables or bad spices, then such food can become harmful. According to Chanakya, the fresher, cleaner, and purer the food is, the more it will give strength to the body and mind. Eating spoiled food leads to stomach ailments, weakness, and laziness which also affects household chores.

5. Cooking without remembering God
The kitchen has always been considered sacred. Chanakya says that it is important to remember God, keep gratitude in mind, and maintain positivity while cooking. This brings auspicious energy to the food which brings happiness and prosperity to the entire house. People who cook without any focus and faith, their house is seen to have mental unrest and a lack of luck.
