Skechers knocks 'the best' kids' football boots down to £31 in summer sale

With the children off school they’ll no doubt be looking to spend plenty of time outdoors and running around this summer. If your little ones are signed up to participate in some football (or maybe even some hockey) you’ll need some studded football boots to prevent slipping and sliding whilst running around.

Although a new pair of boots can sometimes be expensive to pick up, we’ve found a great deal that’ll save you some money this summer. The Skechers SKX football boots are currently on sale down from £45 to £30.99, saving you almost £15 in the process.

The Skechers SKX football boots have a medium width, and come in sizes that should fit from toddlers to around eight years old. The exact sizing is from children's 9 up to a 12.5, with half sizes available all the way up because Skechers know how tricky it can be to get the right fit for growing kids.

They are designed to be worn on firm ground with cleats for natural grass surfaces, making sure they always have plenty of grip. To prevent rubbing or aching they have a soft upper, with a responsive TPU plate and Skechers’ signature Move Foam cushioning for added padding.

As well as comfort, the Skechers SKX football boots have also been designed to improve their game, with explosive track inspired traction for maximum acceleration. The upper molding of the boots has also been carefully designed to help with precise ball control, and have a lightweight design that keeps them comfortable and easy to run around in.

You can pick them up in four different colourways that’ll work for all occasions (and team colours), with bright shades like neon yellow and cobalt blue, plus more subtle colourways like black and white with gold details. Nike has also slashed the price of its Nike Jr. Mercurial Vapor 16 Academy by a huge 40%, taking the price from £59.99 to £35.99. Perfect for slightly older kids, they come in sizes 13.5 to adults 5.5, with a choice of four different bold colours.
