• After logging in, a beneficiary portal will open in which you will have to search your Aadhaar number after selecting the scheme name, state, sub scheme, district in search by. And then click on search. After this, the list of Ayushman cards will open in front of your screen. In which you can check your name and the name of any member of your family.
• After this, you can click on the action option next to the name. If you want to make your Ayushman card, then click next to your name and select Aadhaar OTP to verify the Aadhaar number and complete e-KYC.
• After this, a matching score will open in front of you if it is more than 80%. That means your Ayushman card has been auto approved. After this, you will have to upload the photo by clicking on the capture photo option. After this, a new form will open in front of you. In which you will have to enter complete information. Then click on submit. After this, your online application process of Ayushman card will be completed. You will also be able to download your Ayushman card by logging on to the Ayushman card portal.
