Chhatarpur's Ayurvedic expert Dr. Rajesh Agarwal, while talking to Local 18, says that Moringa has anti-diabetic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is very effective in respiratory diseases, controlling blood sugar and reducing inflammation of the body. Both its leaves and beans are considered beneficial from a medicinal point of view.

Moringa is not only a medicinal plant, but the vegetable made from its beans is also wonderful. Moringa beans are eaten by adding them to lentils, cooking them with potatoes or by making a vegetable on its own. Especially in winters, it helps in increasing the immunity of the body.
