Keanu Reeves stars in new John Wick film trailer but it's not what you think

He may have been temporarily killed off in Chapter 4, but this summer returns as his skilled assassin .

Not only that, but the 60-year-old actor now stars in Wick is Pain, an official documentary on how the franchise began against all the odds.

The original 2014 film, originally called Scorn until Reeves starting referring to the action flick as John Wick in interviews, almost didn't happen due to a budget gap of $6.5 million that needed to be filled within a week.

The documentary's synopsis reads: "WICK IS PAIN is the incredible true story behind the John Wick franchise, starring Keanu Reeves. Wick is Pain is available to own from May 9 and rent from May 30, 2025.
