The president’s third child with his late first wife, Ivana, accused political opponents of deliberately spreading “death” rumors to damage his father. “This is the left at its absolute worst,” Eric fumed, reposting his father’s defiant Truth Social message declaring, “NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE.”
But critics were quick to throw his own words back at him. In 2020, Eric repeatedly questioned Joe Biden ’s fitness, warning about his “cognitive decline” during the presidential race. His father later amplified conspiracy theories suggesting Biden had been replaced by “clones” and “robotic engineered entities.”
The meltdown came as Trump’s health has drawn intense scrutiny. The 79-year-old has been photographed with swollen ankles, bruised hands, and an unsteady gait.
