Eric Trump melts down over 'death rumors' about his father, blasts 'twisted' health speculation after US president's 4-day disappearance

Eric Trump erupted online, raging against what he called “twisted” rumors about his father’s health after speculation spiraled over the US president’s four-day disappearance from the public eye.

The president’s third child with his late first wife, Ivana, accused political opponents of deliberately spreading “death” rumors to damage his father. “This is the left at its absolute worst,” Eric fumed, reposting his father’s defiant Truth Social message declaring, “NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE.”

But critics were quick to throw his own words back at him. In 2020, Eric repeatedly questioned Joe Biden ’s fitness, warning about his “cognitive decline” during the presidential race. His father later amplified conspiracy theories suggesting Biden had been replaced by “clones” and “robotic engineered entities.”

The meltdown came as Trump’s health has drawn intense scrutiny. The 79-year-old has been photographed with swollen ankles, bruised hands, and an unsteady gait. Earlier this year, the White House acknowledged he suffers from chronic venous insufficiency , a circulatory condition, and attributed the bruising to aspirin use and excessive hand-shaking.

Even allies have added fuel. Vice President JD Vance, while insisting Trump was fit, recently said he was ready to step in if a “terrible tragedy” befell the president, comments that only stoked speculation.

Meanwhile, far-right activist Nick Fuentes compared the situation to what he claimed was a Biden “cover-up,” declaring on X, “There is obviously something going on with Trump… This is literally Biden 2.”
